Membership discount codes, purchase alerts, and clearer sales reporting
This week you can offer discount codes on memberships, get an email when customers buy, and see plan changes on their own line in your sales.
Discount codes for membership plans
Create a discount code for memberships, choose the plans it covers, and decide whether it applies to the first payment only or to every payment. The Discounts page shows what each code applies to and where it was used, and staff can see or remove a member's discount from their profile.

Members see their savings at checkout and on receipts
Golfers enter a code when they join and see how long the discount lasts before they pay. The discount appears on their confirmation email and receipts and beside their next payment in their account. When a member switches plans, the discount stays only if the code covers the new plan, and they can enter a code as they switch.

Purchase alerts in your inbox
Choose which purchases send you an email, from bookings and new memberships to renewals, tickets, gift cards, credit packages, and invoices. Each alert leads with the venue and the total, then what was bought and who bought it, so owners with more than one venue can tell sales apart at a glance. Alerts stay off until you turn them on.

Plan changes get their own line in sales
When a member switches plans, that charge is now labelled Plan change across transactions, customer history, exports, and finance reports, with its own filter. A refund reads as the charge it reverses, so totals by type stay easy to follow.
